Clark County Nevada, Community Health Needs Assessment, 2019

The purpose of this Clark County Nevada community health needs assessment (CHNA) is to identify and prioritize significant health needs of the community served by Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospitals. This CHNA report was adopted by the Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican community board in May 2019. This report is widely available to the public on the organization’s web site, and a paper copy is available for inspection upon request at The Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Community Health Center.
