This is the 7th annual status report for the Clark County Children's Mental Health Consortium 10-Year Strategic Plan. As required by NRS 433B, the CCCMHC's 2010 strategic plan provides the vision, goals and strategies to overcome the specific service delivery and system challenges identified in Clark County by implementing a evidenced-based system of care approach.
